Benowa sits about 3km west of Surfers Paradise — wide tree-lined streets, Benowa Waters canal homes, golf course adjacency via Royal Pines, and a median house price around $1.78M that has grown roughly 7.5% annually. It doesn't trend on social media. It doesn't need to.
